Yes, I know...I am behind again! Last month, I left the day after my Hostess Club for my business trip to Georgia and just never got the club projects posted. So, here they are! I got some great inspiration from other demonstrators, so I have included that info with the appropriate projects.
We will start with the project that I came up with on my own. Breast Cancer awareness is a cause that is near to my heart. Two of my grandmothers have suffered from this awful disease, as well as dear friends, my neighbor, my sister-in-law, and my cousin. So, with that in mind, I designed this card. To any of you out there that are going through this, or have gone through this, my heart sends hugs directly to you...full of love and hope. May God's healing hand touch you and His arms enfold you.

When making this project, I was REALLY hoping that the one of the Ovals from the Sizzix Ovals Die would fit our new Oval Designer Frame! Guess what! One did! I ran Whisper White cs on the Sizzix Oval Die (the medium oval) through the Big Shot. Use some Dotto on the back side of the oval to hold it in place in the embossing folder, being careful to line it up carefully. It is not an exact fit, but it works really well. I am a perfectionist, so if I think it's okay, trust me, it will be fine. :) The bow is made with the Pick Bow Technique (a larger version of the fork bow).
I got this next idea from a convention swap! It was one of my FAVORITES! Thanks for the wonderful idea Linda Flemming! I liked this idea so much, that the only thing that I changed was the embossing folder. She had originally used the square lattice embossing folder and I traded it out to use our NEW Snowburst Embossing Folder. We made this cute card, so that the girls at Hostess Club would hav a sample of all of the NEW In Colors!
